Israel has been eager to occupy many areas in the Middle East, and in the Thirty six day war, Israel killed way more civilians than Hezb'allah did. Casualties are going to happen in war, military and civilian. But you cannot compare innocent, accidental casualties, to a blatant disregard for human life.
