Search "adobe download flash pro 8" in Google. You can find it on the Adobe site. However it's just a 30 day trial; you need to pay to get the full version. I would suggest downloading flash CS4 though: It's newer and better.

Sure it's paintball! He just got hit by red paint and, being weak of heart and very fragile, was knocked unconscious.

Nope it was made entirely in MacroMedia Flash Pro 8. I've never used Pivot.
