@stalkingalizee This is no secret weapon technology, as long as China can track an aircraft carrier it can target it, the closer the better to target with ballistic missiles. Whether or not China have the missile that could change flight and accurately hit a moving target is another question yet to be seen. They won't be announcing it even if they already tested it on land successfully, but like other big ticket items like the ASAT missiles and stealth submarine they reveal when in need.
