i dont think this is mrsa!!...THIS STUPID BITCH SHOULD BE REMOVED AND FUCKING REPLACED!!.. BUT THATS WHAT THIS COUNTRY LOVE'S!!.. KWACK ASS DR'S!!... SKIPPING AROUND THE ER WAISTING FUCKINGTAX DOLLAR'S!!...
The doctor did a good job of making sure there was nothing to drain out. It just wasn't big enough to drain, though it could very well still cause some discomfort and maybe even show up on an x-ray of some kind. The patient is placed on long term oral antibiotics and sometimes, if it's a sufficiently intense exacerbation (flare up) he may be on IV antibiotics either in the hospital or daily at home via a home health RN. I did that for a couple of years and kinda liked it but for the paper work.
@MegaGb1990 It is a germ named (I probably can't spell it right anymore as I'm now retired//disabled) staphlacoccus aurius (sp?) It is usually spread by contact with a source. All too often, it's from health care workers who do NOT wash their hands thoroughly in between patient contact for care or exam. Even with wearing gloves the hands should be vigorously washed as those less expensive exam type gloves often have tiny holes in them that may become visible when they are stretched. RN
This Quack should have known what stage this cyst was in PRIOR to cutting on his beautiful face. She could have cut into a nerve! Never go to a GP for facial problems! Once a doctor cuts it is called SURGERY!
He didn't have anything there large enough to incise!
The antibiotics he was on (probably) would have eventually resolved the infection.
God I hated when I had MRSA. I had it in my ankle (And I do mean IN my ankle, right in the bone which it ate some of) But it isnt surprising an athlete had it. One of the main places you can get it from is in the locker rooms. That still sucks, hope it all cleared up by now 'cause I practically know where he is at that time
His name isn't Drew...it is Zach. No she didn't miss it, she said it wasn't ready yet, but I think because of the medication she had him on nothing ever came out. Kind of disappointing! :)

Also, you can get it from the hospital if you get surgery... like from a sports injury :-/
