Its not about Recycling really, if it is what it looks like, theyre using less material to house the DVDs in, multiplied by Billions of DVDs made every year, it ends up saving one DVD worth of plastic for every 4 or so made. They're probably thinner too, mm. wise. Just like the old 2 Liters of Soda always had the round sheath at the bottom, they realized it was superfluous and stopped putting them on. Its probably saved millions of pounds of plastic since they started over a decade ago. Just FYI

I just got Tales from the Darkside season 2 the other day and I watched Halloween Candy it was a great episode! I also watched The Devil's Advocate episode starring Jerry Stiller which is my favorite episode from the Tales from the Darkside show. While I watched it I noticed the music and the dude telling ppl to stay tuned for Mandrake's show sounded different than it sounds when you watch the episode on Syfy channel or Chiller. It sounds like crap on the dvd!
