This speaker, of all people, should oppose NAIS becuz not too long ago HIS people were being tagged/tracked. Amend 13 freed slaves, also prohibits forced servitude, which is what NAIS will be, people forced against their will to tag/track their own animals and pay for it, just so corporate ag gets the global market. The folks get no benefits or paycheck, but face depopulation of their animals should disease be suspected (6 mi radius/ 140 sq miles of dead healthy animals
