  • God bless Marco Rubio.

  • What's his cut of the already OBSCENE PROFITS of the Health Insurance Cartels and Big Pharma? THAT's why prices are so high.

  • Scum of the Earth, he is.

If he's breathing, he's lying! Just like the rest of his kind . . .

  • I love the term "lawsuit abuse" ...according to the American Bar Association over 80% of people who are legitimate VICTIMS of medical malpractice never file a suit.

However what IS true is that 1 of every 3 dollars goes to pay administrative expenses (such as Doctors chasing the insurance companies for money). AND... 30% of all tests and procedures are unnecessary (but Doctors and health care facilities make money doing them, so they do).

  • @WhiteHouseBarbie The Insurance Company thieves are only to be equalled as lowlife scuzz by the Banks and Politicians who shield them and take their payoffs to stay in business bleeding "The People" dry and to death!

  • Go Mario! I hope you'll run for president some day. Please don't ever lose your strong conservative values.

P.S. You are smokin hot. :)

  • Marco's option is exactly what America needs. I have an HSA and I LOVE it. It is affordable and my medical costs are tax exempt!

  • @falconerx HSA? Have you made any claims on it yet?

  • He'll go far on sex appeal and not much else, just like Sarah Palin.

  • He is smarter than every Democrat

  • @stater68 He's so smart he's living off his campaign contributions to buy groceries and keep the lights on at home, and is over $900K in debt!

  • @BeMyBigHero Maybe if her gave Rush Limbaugh a nice backrub and warmed up to Glenn Beck over at Fakes News he'd get a good leg up in his political career. After all, they are the only real "Heads" of the Republican Party anymore!! LMAO!!!

  • Mr Rubio, there is already rationing of health care.

If you do not have insurance, as 30 Million do not, you do not get care. THAT is rationing.

If you have a pre-existing condition, you cannot get insurance, and must pay out of pocket. If you cannot afford to pay, you do not get care. THAT is rationing.

If the procedure your doctor recommends is not covered by your insurance, you cannot get the care. THAT is rationing.

Stop pandering to the Tea party and stand for something!

  • How 'bout that $133 haircut. Did he bill Florida taxpayers for that, too?

  • @AtlasShruggery His haircuts, groceries and lights are paid for by his campaign contributors.

    Whooray for Marco Gigolo!

  • Marco,

This type of legislation goes way beyond what this country's founding fathers ever intended as the role of our federal government.

In fact this legislation is so transformational to the federal government, that allowing it to take effect would be as absurd as to allow a cancer to grow into a brain; once it is allowed to permeate the federal bureaucracy, it could not be safely removed or reversed by any future congressional bodies without unprecedented and potentially catastrophic risk.

  • @justBear01 Get real there, ChickenLittle. What about Social Security and MediCare for "way beyond what this country's founding fathers ever intended"?

And if the SuperRich were back to paying their fair share in taxes, and prosecuted for robbing these systems - including the Banks and the Treasury - WE THE PEOPLE would be just fine!

  • Marco, your points are spot on. You make me wish I was still a Florida resident so I could vote for you.

  • Mr Rubio I can't wait for you to become Senator. Your views on conservatism are excellent!!!!!!!

  • What you're referring to is a fear of a slippery slope, which is quite silly. "Oh this will happen, so things will down the drain." That's not the case. The healthcare reform bill isn't focusing on insurance, which you JUST DID. Read the bill, please, and stop pushing someone else's agenda or fighting some invisible evil agenda you think is going on.

What you're describing, for private insurance, people already try that. Pay more for better insurance? That ignores the point of the bill
