Donald Rumsfeld with his three scenarios offered a wonderful philosophic beginning but then he stopped short of productive statement in my view being that the reports of no evidence of a direct link between bagdad and terrorists were an example of a known unknown (one knows there is a link but not its quality) and an example of a journalist peeking and poking.
