This was from the 2009 TV Land Awards.

Sid and Marty Kroftt were getting a Lifetime Acheivement Award, and this musical number was part of a tribute to them.

admittedly, cyndi's treatment of this vintage peice was daring,(esp. since E & D was originally the mother of all those schlock kiddie cartoons at the time). altho, it would have worked better if cyndi were portraying an investagative officer of the FCC in a courtroom w/ video screens, demanding the levying of fines against and/or the imprisonment of the original creators of the show
