Well first of all: This is fake, but it's from a group that makes stuff as if it's real.

In this, he get's fired. The short intervieuws with the anchorman you see is when he afterwards talks about this show where he laughs at patients who had a operation that went wrong and what he laughed at. The guy with the low voice had the same bad operation as the guy with the high voice. (But like said before this is all fake.)

It is a German TV show, like Kilroy or something, and this episode is regarding operations that went wrong.

In this instance, the guy with the squeeky voice has had his balls removed accidentally. The host knows this, but I don't think he has heard him speak before, hence his shock and laughter!
