ih8thishit - you don't know NC man. He is a very talented guitar player/singer, a multi-style musician. He can play punk, rockabilly, rock and roll, blues... And he is great in every of them. Coping SRV? You're kidding. Maybe a litlle of JLV here, but you know, "a little".
That guitar player on the far right in the back, that's Denny Freeman I think. Either him or Casper Rawls. Both played with Doyle at different times. Either one, Curran isnt worthy of being on the same stage with them. He's just copping Stevie and Jimmie's licks on this song, what's the big deal with this guy? He's a so-so player at best.
If you haven't heard Adcock's stuff, you are missing one of the greatest things in life. Get Lafayette Marquis. Listen to the tracks Y'all'd Think She'd Be Good 2 Me, Stealin' All Day, All 4 The Betta and Love N' Gold. Listen to the lyrics. It's hard because you'll be banging on the table and tapping your foot by the end of the first chorus, but try. His lyrics are incredible. Then the music. My play count on iTunes for this album is over 100 for each song and more than 150 for the 4 I listed.
Leighsah, have you ever listened to CC's 1st album , "Houserocker"? in my opinion, it's far superior to Lafayette Marquis. If you don't have it you HAVE to get it...

I'm pretty sure that is Sonnie Collie on Bass. Great band. Nick is a smokin' player/ vocalist.

Behind Nick is Casper Rawls on acoustic guitar, Scott Nelson on bass, and Denny Freeman on Les Paul to the far right of the stage.
