its in the santuary it in one of those cells in the room before you reach the goddess

It's in Caim's old castle on the ground mission unlocked in chapter 10. In a nutshell, to get it, what you have to do is make it to the Goddess' Chamber, which is actually the target room anyway. There is a key to a cell which holds the key to the top floor on the SW portion of the 2nd floor, though I'd advise you to kill every ghost armor you find on both the 1st and 2nd floors to unlock the other cell and get the other weapon in this mission. *rereads* That was confusing to myself. @_@
