We call these King Mackerel off the coast of North Carolina.. The lateral line has a large dip visible.. the Spanish we have here have a more gradual dip in the lateral line.. jake

cool that was awesome but is there something wrong with that rod?? it looks like theres 1 guide thing on the top...and the rest on the bottum??

It's called a spiral wrap. Gets the line under the rod like a threadline and balances the outfit a lot better than conventional over heads rods.
