There's a video on You Tube where this guy and his wife saw a real tiny red light hovering right over the water. He went to get his camera, and when he came back and zoomed in on it it was these red and gold patches of light in a cluster dancing around. I never saw anything like it. I don't know if it was some kind of Alien entity, but it was there. I could see a satellite producing something like that over the water, or maybe someone screwing with a laser. Or maybe it was real.

If this guy is telling the truth then it sounds to me like another case of a group of people whom I know of, who live in Brazil, who were originally known as "Atlant Icans".
