  • Lol, is this voice recorded from google translate ???

  • YO DUDE CALM DOWN ON THE SERO.....LOOK WHAT IT DID TO UR VOICE

  • Don't you people know who Stephen Hawking is?!

  • @alenammetz lol

  • @alenammetz - educated people all over the world know who he is.

DOPES WOULDN'T HAVE A CLUE WHO HE IS.

  • maybe add subtitles?

  • Stephen Hawking((((((((((((=

  • Thanks for the info :-)

  • The information that he gave was very helpful as it helped me in my biological basis of behaviour essay, I can hand it in now :-)

  • You Idiots. This guy can't talk. This is amazing that he is able to share his thoughts. He is looking at individual letters to speak to you, making words and that is what you are hearing!

  • What in the world are you thinking? This is awful, the robot voice. Would it be that hard to actually read something?

  • H EEE LOO I MMM A TAAALKIIING PARROOT !

  • Informative, but a bit hard to understand at times. I like how he labors over "serotonin" - hillarious.

  • Q. Want to know what an excess, followed by a deficit, of seratonin is like.

    A. MDMA

  • What a great way to fuck up a good video...... Lose the voice please boys

  • What's more important? Dopamine or serotonin? Also, does using cannabis effect, increase, or lower serotonin?

  • @stonerguy19666 increases

  • @stonerguy19666 Really good question. I'd have to go with dopamine though.

  • @stonerguy19666 it increases obviously if it didn't people wouldn't use it.

  • @moneyforreald

What do you mean obviously? Serotonin has nothing to do with the reward pathway. Tetrahydrocannabinol binds to CB1 and CB2 receptors, and also activates some μ1 Opioid pathways, which releases Dopamine.

Another constituent of the plant, Cannabidiol, which is an indirect antagonist of THC, is also an agonist of the 5-HT1A receptor, so it has partial serotonergic effects.

  • @elnod

Wait how can cannabidiol antagonize THC? Do you mean it is a competitive agonist to cannabinoid receptors? I'm probably missing something. Do you know if 5-HT1A agonism increases glutamate activity in the cerebral cortex? I know 5-HT2 receptor agonism via indole psychedelics does, but I am not aware of similar properties of 5HT1A, but it would make sense seeing as THC inhibits cerebral interneurons allowing pyramidal neurons to fire.

  • @almostskater3210

CBD does not bind to CB1 or CB2 receptors like THC does, but instead binds to a relatively unknown cannabinoid receptor GPR55 where it is an antagonist, as opposed to THC's partial agonism of the main CB receptors. 5-HT1A agonism has shown to inhibit glutamate and acetylcholine release in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus.

  • taken directly from wiki lol fail anyone could make this shit

  • i lack in serotonin

  • i fucking hate tts videos

  • why does the color of the nitrogen and oxygen atoms change throughout the video?

  • good info annoying voice

  • bad text to speech program!

  • voice fail

  • wth is up with that voice :O

  • Precise, intensive information, it show that you have a real good knowledge of your subject, thanks doctor Davie
