@Rndy09 He was here in Austin three days ago. One World Theater, intimate place, seats 220, I was 15' from the stage. No backup, no band. Him, his guitar, his cap, and a stool. (And drinks.) He opened, 2 songs, then played whatever we asked for 2 hours. Did this song, standing ovation from all.

He says he uses others' performances as models. I heard this as Koko Taylor's, he was much better than this posting, more heart, freedom, took it much farther. Still, Koko's is the original..

Just listened again to Jackie - never watched the show at all that season.
