  • note he dident go too the east side

  • i carried him 2 blocks with a few friends, but i guess we got cut out of the video cuz he didn't want everyone to see how ridiculously high we were

  • If I had known you were doing this, I would have accompanied you every step of the way and carried you whenever I had the strength to.

  • Your like yoda.

  • lol

  • 2:08 "youre like yoda man." lmfao

  • @jil93 btw, the colder days in NYC aren't always snowy. And we still get snow, though not as often as you guys; google image "New York City blizzard." Doesn't really matter; I just hate the "I'm tough cause I grew up in a different climate" bullshit.

  • @jil93 Wow. A guy who grew up in Sweden can deal with cold. Fan-fucking-tastic.

  • @briecinc it's not called cold in Sweden, it's called normal.

  • Is that bad? Try Sweden, now WE have real weather, during winter the street i had to use to get to school there was always at least 1 DM (about 4 inches) and worst of all, i had to bike 5 miles a day trough that snow, and it was about -19C (-2 F) all the time

    This is a great video.

  • 5 stars. Congrats on a hilarious video Mark Malkoff!

  • funny idea

    very looool ;-)

  • twitter power!

  • loved the pretzel sharing moment

  • ...is that what New-Yorkers call a blizzard? A couple measly snowflakes and a bit of wind? This Canadian girl thinks Mark Malkoff was a bit of a wimp. Haha.

    Still, it's an interesting experiment!

  • Yeah, New York doesn't get too cold or snowy. Come visit us in the Midwest (Chicago, Minneapolis....) and you'll feel right at home ;-)

  • be realistic in front of words like " new-yorkerz are nice people and they will carry me for 220 blocks .... bla bla ! in my country we take the bus :)) it was nice ! someday i will visit new-york. but for the skyscrapers not for been carried away by people xD !! greeting from romania

  • i think thats just great, now see if you can get carried across the U.S.A . LOL

  • Gives real whim to visit New York.:)

  • You have a real mic, but a camera with a rolling shutter? Don't do hand held stuff with that shit, it makes the viewer queasy.

  • 2:10... hilarious!

  • Hey Mark, My nephew, Brandon Carter, sent me the link to your video. I love it! Tell Brandon hello and to call his Aunt sometime!

  • Another paradigm shatterd. Kudos from hippy-dippy, tree hugging California Mark!

  • thank cnn for my view. but it was worth it fa sho.

  • I LOVE New Yorkers, one side all business, the other big hearts.

  • This is completely worth my time. When people simply stop and do crazy stuff, it makes the day better. This made me smile and I'm glad you did this, Mark. Very creative, very funny, and I hope it goes very viral. Good stuff!

  • this is awesomely funny

  • if there was no camera he would not get carried, period!

  • Dude... you STOPPED AT MY STREET. I would've totally carried you to Inwood!

  • "Sure I can take you another block, you're like yoda man!" LMAO I love NYC with a passion. I can't wait to go back!!!

  • Kind of a waste of energy/time (Lol but I Love it - totally awesome) just saying =3

  • @Ezm23

There's no such thing as wasted time if you're enjoying it.

  • Well it's not his view as wasted time, it's mine. I'm writing my opinion.

Anyway, what I was sort of getting at, is I wish people were this enthusiastic / took this much time on (shall I say) important matters, things would be a lot different. [I am included in this category]. - It was merely a passing thought, nothing to take seriously, I do love this video.

  • Imagine a world where no one did such nonsensical endeavors such as this tho... It's insanely odd, unthinkable things like this that makes us see ourselves in a clearer light and smile. This is important observation of humanity... And for that matter: who should decide what is an important matter over another? This could have easily been the most important matter to Mark or any number of people who carried him, saw it happening, or watched the video. You never know what may come of this! :)

  • @nelleejellee Oh no I mean I love this, I get it, It's awesome, it was just what was going through my mind at the time so I decided to post. haha.

  • LOL @ 4:45 "I think that's great! Very lazy, but great!"

  • This bullshit wouldn't happen where I live.

  • What's the song that starts playing exactly at 7:33

  • i think that song is from Kill Bil

    i might be wrong

  • this is awesome

  • Great job love the interaction between you and the people.

  • You should try this without a camera and mic...let's see how far you get

  • And then how do you put it up on Youtube?

  • Haha Houseton

  • doesn't count maybe if you had a hidden camera but people will do all kinds of shit just because of a camera in their face

  • i was at the swatch store and i saw you. wished i was more noisy. i wont have minded carrying you.

  • but this didn't consist of all new yorkers! lol. do over! hahaha

  • @SusieBaik Even if it wasn't all native New Yorkers like Susie pointed out it is still impressive that anyone would carry a person they didn't know for a block

  • very entertaining ... best wishes to you and all New Yawkers! I live in Queens!!

  • lol he walked past my apt

  • Carry on...

  • you should try it again in the summer!

  • High school theater kids, That's me! HAHAHA

  • this is so fucking awesome

  • Great to finally see the video of this! I followed this "live" on Twitter so I was very curious. Mark, if I were in New York instead of half a world away I would have carried you! Even though I am so pathetically weak I probably only would have been able to carry you across the street... maybe. XD (Well it doesn't help that I'm a girl!)

  • He ain't heavy, he's my brother.....

  • haha yeah man, I will carry you a few blocks if you do it in the bronx

  • lol @ 4:39 x)

  • Hahaha that was hilarious, coming from an Australian, i would've carried you :p

  • "You've been carrying me so long it feels like a kidnapping" lmao

  • try it without the camera! :D

  • @eepnoid

  • Great idea!

  • And with that, my faith in humanity has been restored, at least for now. Thank you.
