This race was easy. I like to use the Police car, for its speed, handling, and the siren to make traffic get out of the way.

The races in San Andreas are challenging and not only that, but the other cars obviously have unfair advantages.

Make a roadblock of several Rhinos at your hideout if you want one of the bulletproof/fireproof/explosio­nproof Cheetahs.

I think you can blow up the other cars with the rocket launcher before getting in the blue marker. So you don't have any competition.

U can't blow them. The mission will be failed. But U can block'em with bus or sth.

The time is normal since you did some mistake and your interpretation of the track is not always perfect,which means you lose many time.Ah next time use the trick at the start (consist to hit with your car one of your competitor),in this way your time will be at least 3 second faster ;).

I would've done the exact same thing with the first Kuruma but being the very first car, it's too valuable to me so I kept it in my Portland garage the whole game and never used it and always used stolen Kurumas in any colour.

This mission is impossible on the PC version. The other cars are BP so I can't shoot them and nothing in Portland is fast with good handling.

@GTAmissions I've had such a problem with this mission, mainly because i play it so late in the game that my car's blown up by the Leones' shotguns after they hate me.

No excuses! Play the mission Chaperone from Salvatore, you have to drive Maria to a warehouse party in Atantic Quays. You can get a Cheetah there. Park it into your garage after you repainted it. Then go back to the warehouse and finish that mission.

At last shut your mouth and win the race.

driver wasn't first to have free roaming while driving AND on foot. The original driver, you were never out of a car. GTA3 had both 3d driving, and walking/running/shooting/jumpi­ng!!

No, the infernus is, then the cheetah. Both are found on staunton island and shoreside vale. infernus' top speed is 240 kph, cheetah is 230kph lol but banshee is the fastest car u can get on portland

It appears Banshee has the fastest acceleration of all cars, but I think when talking of max speed in Portland, Police car is faster than the Banshee, but I didn't really test.
