Would this work good with an AMD Phenom ii x4 945 normal is 3.0GHz how high would it go?

@SuperSONYdude I have a 2.8Ghz AMD Phenom ii X6 1055T and my MSI 890FXA-GD70 auto overclocked it to 3.499Ghz , and i literally didnt do anything.
