what employers need to know is America is NOT a manufacturing country, CONSUMING is the main support for the economy to run. Outsourcing to other country's is great for keeping the cost and labor expense. But when u laying off legal resident / reducing wages, u are also reducing the buying/ consuming power of the "customer" who are willing to spend money in the U.S. who would buy your products if they can't even make their own living while u having fun finding cheap labor / outsource
