The "right thing to do" is the rationalization for a LOT of bad behaviour. Like nationalism and jingoism, Brimleys' black and white views of reality are dated and obsolete dinosaurs.
This brings back great memories of my 80's childhood, i remembered watching these commercials and remembering Wilford Brimley. Anyone seen him in "The Thing" (1982)? he doesn't have a mustache in that one.
