I had one of these. I'd still have it if it wasn't stolen two days ago. Fucking rare bike in Ireland I've been told by every breaker's yard and by a few people in the bike shops that the actual parts of it would be worth far more than the bike itself. Twenty year old model and still ran perfectly.

hey there, great vid, i have a bros aswell, although i don't ride as i'm out of work and the insurance is 2000eur :o but i notice in higher gears when you drive on the throttle the revs will shoot up but the speed will rise fairly slowly.

i've been told this is normal for a v-twin but it feels strange after riding straight 4's and single's, just wondering can anyone confirm that this is normal for a bros? (please, i can't afford anymore breakdowns) :D

hey i had a honda 650 bros, had 57 bhp and struggled at 100mph , 0-60 was 5 seconds, the 400 bros had 33 bhp and bout 90 mph and 0-60 in bout 7 sec

hey i wanna buy myself one of those its 33 hp 22,5 kw and its about 170 kmh top speed 5 gears 168 kg , that makes it awesome motorbike

Yeah it's bettet than bros but i dont have the license fo 53 hp my license is for 34 hp max :(

thats a 'speed' warning light, Japanese bikes used to have them to say you were going over 80km/h

The light is there to tell you when you break the jap speed limit, around 80kmh

if u want a nice runner, not worryin 2 much bout the look, i jus bought mine for £395, and it was in perfect nick (engine wise) body work, a few bumps and scratches (VERY MINOR)

average price for decent runner 1500euro, these bikes are bullet proof,good for well over 100k , ask any courier, engine based on the ascot vt500 engine of the 80,s which you will still find a few around today, ive got an 83' one actually with only 53k original miles:)
