Stopped listening when he justified Manny dodging the tests with"disruption to rythm". Manny has given his reasons for dodging the tests. These are (1) fear of needles, (2) Mayweather is not the boxing commission, (3) drawing blood makes him weak, (4) Mayweather needs to apologise, (5) Mayweather is asking for too much money, (6) an obscure doctor in Philipines should do the tests on Manny, (7) I don't need Mayweather, etc.

If you did your homework, $10 million penalty is not far from the NSAC by laws. According to the NSAC bylaws, violating the catchweight is up to 20% of the purse. The purse between Floyd and Manny was first set at $50 million.Supported by Floyd when he said Manny should take a $25 million drug test. So 20% of $50 million is $10 million.5 mil going to the commission and 5 mil going to the fighter who makes weight. Also it was only enhanced due to Floyd violated the catchweight w/ JMM.

@truthinhisword (cont) i have gone throught random blood and urine test it was required for me. the reason there shouldnt be any cut off dates is bc knowing when the they stop testing specially 2 weeks you can cut off the drugs up until the 2 weeks then train for about 7 or more with them which will still give you an advantage in stamina speed and strenght. i know this because someone got caught on my team for doing drugs. I think all fighters should be under random drug testing like in the usmc

What was is Conte said " Athletes in 2008 olympics (august) where training using steriods the previous oct., nov, dec, jan.. then taper off and it serves them many months later.. FLoyd will gladly take "olympic tests" a couple months before the fight, but mr "clean up the sport" will continue to terminate or let his boxing license expire so he cant be tested RANDOMLY year round by the boxing commission.
"18 days" is the FEAR of being tested up to the day of the fight. Well were was floyd's RANDOM FEAR when he officially retired and terminated his boxing license in june 2008 ( 2 weeks after the NSAC updated it RANDOM (year long) out-of comp testing for licensed boxers). Where is floyds RANDOM FEAR right now, since he let his boxing license expire a year ago. He'll gladly pay thousands to the WBC santion fees to rank him the last year, but wont pay 10 dollars to renew is license. NO RANDOM FEAR

Interesting points made. Couple things I thought I'd point out.
You acknowledge that Mayweather defeats a fighter with his antics before a fight, yet his intent to break down Pacquiao with battles before the end of the war, with this testing. Means he's fearful? Seems like his strategic "rhythm / cycle".
Pacquiao dusted Marquez twice. Draw / SD of which Marquez won more rounds, thus- trilogy.
There was no scheduled / contracted cut-off for testing in Mosley fight. Testing is RANDOM.

If you did your homework, $10 million penalty is not far from the NSAC by laws. According to the NSAC bylaws, violating the catchweight is up to 20% of the purse. The purse between Floyd and Manny was first set at $50 million.Supported by Floyd when he said Manny should take a $25 million drug test. So 20% of $50 million is $10 million.5 mil going to the commission and 5 mil going to the fighter who makes weight. Also it was only enhanced due to Floyd violated the catchweight w/ JMM.

@sgjrich my deal with it is this. the test floyd asked for had nothing to do with the commission. the test was part of the request that both fighters were asking eachother for negotiations. 1 pac asked for smaller ring he got it 2. he asked for smaller gloves he got it 3 he asked for 50/50 pay day against the other half of the largest ppv buy in boxing he got it. 4 they asked 10 mil per pound even though floyd only once couldnt make weight got it. floyd asked for a test and the whole thing falls

@truthinhisword (cont) i have gone throught random blood and urine test it was required for me. the reason there shouldnt be any cut off dates is bc knowing when the they stop testing specially 2 weeks you can cut off the drugs up until the 2 weeks then train for about 7 or more with them which will still give you an advantage in stamina speed and strenght. i know this because someone got caught on my team for doing drugs. I think all fighters should be under random drug testing like in the usmc

What was is Conte said " Athletes in 2008 olympics (august) where training using steriods the previous oct., nov, dec, jan.. then taper off and it serves them many months later.. FLoyd will gladly take "olympic tests" a couple months before the fight, but mr "clean up the sport" will continue to terminate or let his boxing license expire so he cant be tested RANDOMLY year round by the boxing commission.

"18 days" is the FEAR of being tested up to the day of the fight. Well were was floyd's RANDOM FEAR when he officially retired and terminated his boxing license in june 2008 ( 2 weeks after the NSAC updated it RANDOM (year long) out-of comp testing for licensed boxers). Where is floyds RANDOM FEAR right now, since he let his boxing license expire a year ago. He'll gladly pay thousands to the WBC santion fees to rank him the last year, but wont pay 10 dollars to renew is license. NO RANDOM FEAR

hunteroog, thx for watching. Real fighters wouldnt go out side of what the boxing commission asks for as far as testing. The way mayweather is using drug testing to avoid another great boxer is a shame. Any one who agrees with this type of ducking, must be a coward themselves. Boxing used to be about Men getting in the ring or wherever, seeing who was more man than the other. My, My, My, how we have fell from grace. I love this sport! Did Ali ask foreman for a test? pro818, thx for watching. The random testing cut off date is determined during the negotiations. Mayweather and his team Ok'd a 18 day window from random testing. DO UR HOMEWORK! He will only give pacman 14 days. Mosely has been caught, pacman is a clean boxer. There is obviously a hidden variable with this blood testing SAGA. Facts not fans! I want Floyd to just move on with his life and win the welterweight title from Ortiz maybe defend it once and move on to the junior middleweight division and beat a couple of contenders and then defeat Sergio and retire for good.
