@Lynwe thats not how a tru wu shu student should sound.. dont know if u are but just sayin u posted the vid... it does work in a real fight. u just have to be flexible in the mind.. learn to adapt to anything,.... it hasent been around for hundreds of years for nothin.

true. but it makes the body very strong and flexible. it is a martial *art*.
wushu forms are art. nothing else.
if people want to learn fighting, they go take kickboxing lessons.

hmm.. well yes, they are made out of metal, and they are dangerous, but they are not sharp, as they are not meant for real combat.

no. they were added to the weapons during wars to absorb the blood from the weapons. well now they are useless, sadly...
