I thought that perhaps you quit making videos because eating pizzas had crept in at the same time right eating started fading out. Something like that anyway. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Well for looking like "crap," I'd say you look pretty freaking awesome! Great job on keeping with the lifestyle change--SO encouraging. Also, I am so happy to hear about George. :) I'm doing great and still on track, but have gotten terribly lazy with doing videos.
