And for those who think it's fake, clearly you've never watched someone wake up from anesthesia. :-) Some people are normal, but PLENTY are not.  It's taken my daughter 45 minutes to really wake up from it (and she's little). This is a good example of why Mormons don't need to drink...hehe. Apparently sleep apnea has a big impact on anesthesia if you don't know you have it. I'm just glad that youtube wasn't around back then ;)

@tjvance42 he had his wisdom teeth extracted by an oral surgeon. Oral surgeons always put you out for extractions. Many general dentists extract wisdom teeth and they will typically only get you numb. But if a general dentist does not feel comfortable extracting them or if the patient opts to be put under general anesthesia, they will be sent to the oral surgeon.

When did doctors start getting people high for wisdom teeth extractions? I remember when I had mine done they did site injections to numb the site but you were still totally coherent. After having all four done at once I still went to basketball practice straight from the dentists office. This is probably a contributing factor in why people's work ethic and ambition are so bad today!
