well if you want to impress your future clients, i don't think that it would be a great idea to use tuts from videocopilot, as everyone knows them, instead you should use the techniques that you've learned and apply them in the unique way, the way that says that it is you all over it and not Andrew Kramer ;)

Well, Yeah thats right. But I did when I was thinking I should learn new technologies. But this (3D, Video, FX) is not my real domain & then I hired people to do those jobs for me & continued doing what I know & What I do as I am mainly a web designer. That is my specialty & thats where I do original work.

Awesome job. I loved the 3D work & lighting. I think After effects is also used to create blur & some camera angles
