MAC in MK England the staff are so rude and i have never been to a benefit counter where there has been rude staff they're always polite, smiley and offer to try the products on you, so i that must be something international about MACs bad staff and benefits good staff aha
there was one mac saleswoman at sephora ion, and she treated me pretty rudely (esp "the face") probably because I'm still a teenager. Guys are usually nice though ^^
I totally agree with you that the mac's sales assistance in mac takashimaya are very rude and they didn't even attend to you at all... Btw how much is the total cost of your eyebrow? I probably wanna do it too :)
@lauraliciousfy yay for another singapore beauty guru :) i believe its $22 but I go to browhaus now to do it because they do a better job threading :) it's like 18 I think :)
That sucks about the MAC people in singapore, MAC people in the US are so nice. They are really helpful and are easy to talk to, of course there are some sales reps who are stuck up but thats just how they are as a person lol.
@ioveyouahaha they used benefit brow zing, forgot what shade because it was ages ago, check out my ultimate guide to brow basics for an updated version :) its in my videos section xx
amen to your rant. I work retail at Godiva Chocolatier, and yes I know ALOT of SP that are rude and either ignore customers or bug the crap out of them. personally, after having my own awful shopping experiences, I will always try to match each persons personality so as to make them more comfortable in our store. heck you can make friends that way, leading to REGULAR customers who come back AGAIN.
ugh, bad SP are usually the managers in our stores. LAME.
haha yeah there was this lady at DFS MAC store who was really nice and patient in explaining the different eyeliners and helped me pick out my perfect foundation shade for me when i just started out! :D (and i met the guy at MAC taka you talked about like last week. he just like, stands farrrrr away staring at everything im doing grr)
Tanks this was really helpful .. I'll go tomorrow .. :)
