Personally my first and iron law is: Never Date Younger Women. I agree with the idea of dating wiithin your peer group. I don't want to date someone who I cannot grow with. I would date someone, at most, four years older or two years younger, but I would prefer someone my age. It is controversial to have such a large generational gap because you get into what's morally right, appropriate or acceptable. I disagree with Salako's assertion that an individual who is drawn to the company of older people is somehow psychologically deficient. Some people are simply more mature in intellect and behavior and thus have difficulty relating to those their own age (I'm speaking for myself here)...I have always felt more comfortable in the company of older people but I do have friends my own age. I agree with the idea of dating wiithin your peer group. I don't want to date someone who I cannot grow with. I would date someone, at most, four years older or two years younger, but I would prefer someone my age. There's something psychologically or emotionally wrong with a man who feels he needs to date women young enough to be his daughter or grand-daughter. That's sick. The ambition of a younger man to date an older woman is a bit egotistical to me. Both are unattractive in my book.

It is controversial to have such a large generational gap because you get into what's morally right, appropriate or acceptable. However, with all that said, you may be an 'age-is-just-a-number' person, but I stand firm that I will remain within my generation when it comes to searching for my mate for life.

I just can't grasp how a female could go for some dumbass jock, who could care less about her, instead of someone who is caring and intelligent, like me, I am only 16, but I have no attraction to girls my age partly because of that reason. i can do a few MONTHS younger than me, but nothing exceeding that. I dont wanna feel lyk your older sister, mom, babysitter or ne of that. think about it lyk im 18 right now if i were to date some1 10 yrs my junior, he's only 8 yrs old right now! thats a yr older than my baby sis!

I disagree with Salako's assertion that an individual who is drawn to the company of older people is somehow psychologically deficient. Some people are simply more mature in intellect and behavior and thus have difficulty relating to those their own age (I'm speaking for myself here)...I have always felt more comfortable in the company of older people but I do have friends my own age. It's unusual but I don't think it's to my detriment.
