You, sir, are extremely lucky. The ST-Book is a brilliant piece of industrial design. Like so much Atari made, technically brilliant, followed up with a true dedication to pulling a spectacular defeat out from the jaws of victory through a skillful combination of criminally bad marketing and a dedication to indifferent through hostile relations with distributors and developers. Such a stupid end to a great system.

There are a couple of problems with the ST-Book, one it doesn't have a backlight and two it wasn't shipped with an external floppy.
I agree with defeat from jaws of victory,I will never forgive who they were for canning the Falcon.

i used to have various atari computers to make music with a great system for midi very solid and easy to use how i miss those times
