I would much rather drive a WRX or a Mazda 3 MPS for this price. They have much more power and torque. The Type R would never keep up in a hill...

I don't know where you are but in Australia they are AU$39,990.00 which is the exact same as a WRX. The Type R manages 148 kW @ 7800 rpm and 193 Nm @ 5600 rpm while the WRX manages 169 kW @ 5200 rpm and 320 Nm of torque @ 2800 rpm. Not hard to decide... Yes the Type R does look more aggressive than the new rexie (except the front cause the scoop says it all - turbo intercooled) but why would anyone want to drive a rev happy powerless car.

What a beautiful car, ive driven one of its previous model the EK Type R and the handling's great, its something that you would chuck around corners uphill or downhill at high speed with ease and precision. I wonder if it still has the Double-Wishbone Suspension System.
