Chrissie has a new solo record in 2010 and a new Pretenders cd is in the works. She can be heard on Shane McGowen and Friend's charitable single for Haiti "I put a Spell on you", with Nick Cave, Paloma Faith, Mick Jones, Shane, Bobbie G. from Primal Scream, Cait O'Riorden. She's still amazing!!

i had a crush on this lady in 1980 and i wonder if shes still about these days,last time i heard is that she lives on her own.still a great band at the time,check out the first album by them.

@forestgumpaed Dude I had a major crush on her throughout the eighties too. I couldn't decide if I was going to marry her or Pat Benatar. Yes their 1st album is classic by all standards. I revisit the Pretenders every couple of years and still get excited when I hear the music. It is absolutely timeless.
