Will - Do you know about this company? They have almost 100% turnover every 6 months in sales. Not because the employees are quitting, it is because they fire them.
They will hire a sales manager away from a good job, and have him work his existing customer relationships. When the sale is about to close, they fire the guy. Thus, they do not need to pay the commission.
These men and women have families, kids, and old parents that need them working. Shame on Hatteras.
