@eryksurf It replaces using a leash in a few ways and adds to the communication between dog and handler. And, contrary to propaganda and false scientific research, the dogs are NOT fried. Overkill reduces drive and shuts the dog down. E-collars are commonly used in training with working dogs and bitesports. The key is to use them in a way that benefits the dog and aids in training.
