  • Well man, I guess this works for some, but theres no way im able to think clear, when i get a panic attack, my boddy completly shuts down, i might faint and stuff like that, most of the times i dont even know i had a panic attack, before im on my way back to reality. i need some one i trust to talk me ot of it.

  • Now every time i begin to get overly anxious I can picture this tiger staring me down and my anxiety just goes away... because all I can possibly think about is that flipping tiger staring at me.

  • Funny, I was distracted for a while and felt calm until you mention Christmas and New Year which is months away but I immediately had panic and anxiety. :-( At present it is a daily companion. Unfortunately I have not money for courses. That is one of the main sources of my anxiety. I feel like the titanic about to hit the ice berg and no help will come.

  • you are an absolute genious!!! i tried your tips and advice today in college and it helped ALOT, thankyou so much!! :)

  • Need help with sleep problems... I can't get to sleep cause I keep breathing wrong or something I hope it's just panic and not real

  • Ive been living thru panic attacks since my first one in october 2005 they went away by end 2006 simply thru listening to a tape with my vovie repeating over and over relax...relax...relax... and they went away but now this year the attacks have come back, someone told me stay clear of artifical sweetners they seriosuly aggravate the attacks i wonder they may be on to something cause not long after i began using them the attacks began i just stopped using them few weeks ago, they sort of weaker

  • How Do You Obtain Those "Tools" Geert Was Talking About? HOW DO YOU BUT THE TIGER IN THE CAGE!?!? PLEEEEASE TELL ME PLEASE MY LIFE IS RUINED AND IM ONLY 17! :(

  • this guy is awesome, the tiger is a great anaology

  • hi geert!

Can you somehow in your videos adress to ROCD which goes under anxiety disorders? I suffer from that, and it's always engaged after panic attacks.

  • how do you put it in the cage!! someone tell me please howww!!

  • @alexas2004 I tried everything and I went broke its been 26 years now and Im still like this this panic disorder RUINED my life. I wish you well.

  • how do you put it in the cage!!

  • well, the thing is: in a jungle a real tiger can hurt you, but a panic attack can't hurt you for real... nobody is dead of a panic attack, nor got sick. you have to realize that actually there's not any tiger in front of you... your brain is telling you a lie, and once you know it is a lie, you don't belive him...

  • EXSACTLY what i have learned by myselfe. cool

  • You're a convincing speaker, nice videos!

  • thank you, you are very helpfull... and very very cute :)

  • why is tea bad for your anxiety?

  • @SweetLove1013

    caffine is in tea

  • @SweetLove1013 it is chemistry, theine agitates you, as caffeine or nicotine do... even people who don't suffer of panic attacks gets a little bit anxious if drinking a lot of coffee (or tea, or smoking a lot of cigarets :) )

  • THAT IS TRUE!! hahaha

  • I appreciate the honesty

  • you mention caffeine and pop do you man drinking tons of pop causes panic and anxiety attacks??

  • Yes, it can cause that. Some pops contain caffeine, and ALL pops contain a LOT of sugar. Sugar and caffeine make your blood pressure go higher, which helps create panic attacks.

  • Hello again sir, Mr Dutchman, I like your series. Do you still come back to You Tube to respond to individual comments from viewers like myself? Thanks. Take Care.

  • I am unable to understand your name, sir. Could you please tell me? Thanks.

I also suffer badly from Panic Attack & Anxiety on a daily basis. It has been really difficult for me to deal with.

  • why no decaf coffee?

  • Because decaf coffee contains some caffeine, just not as much as regular coffee.

  • where is yr "toolbox" ? i need one

  • OK so are you a doctor? I dont know, but your advice seems quite simple but logical. You understand this anxiety problem so well. It helps to listen to someone who has experienced familair issues.

  • No, he's not... I don't think. He's just been through similar, if not exactly the same, as others like myself have :P
