Noob, u can do it way easier and more effictive with dumbells just hold to dumbells in ur hand and swing side to side just like u did in that video

There are more than 1 excercises for everypart of the muscles group. It's up to you what you chose.

Are those Wrestling shoes? I use Wrestling shoes Because it gives me more motion for legs cuz the bottom it flat and thin.
