  • Weight class is the key, but youth (under 18) get a special category in my book!

  • you guys are pricks.. it was a good lift, just curious, does it go by weight class or age. becuase i am gunna be 16 soon but weigh 200

  • uhhh..... i know a lot of 15 year olds who can rep that i rep 315 and i turned 16 2 days ago.. and i weigh 160 i dont know what u mean when u say strongman

  • dude are you serious thats not that much of an accomplishment, at 195 i put up 485. You're strong if you can put up 2.5 times your weight which he didn't, but i guess this is just an ad for the gym and the kid will never see this.

  • Thats a nice lift for 1 at 136kg but isnt that impressive to the people i workout with. I deadlifted 125 3sets of 10 when i was 15 now im squating 380lbs max. Squats work way better than deadlifts for results. keep working
