In my opinion, Bokura ga Ita has a lot more angst than Lovely Complex or Kimi ni Todoke. It's not just about a boy and a girl falling in love; it's also about relationships that can't be forgotten, scars that stay. From what I can see, none of the male leads from LoveCom or KimiTodo has suffered what Yano has suffered/will suffer. :/

But they're all great shojo anime/manga. I definitely recommend all three of them.
