  • could you use concrete for the grout?

  • no

  • engineering is required when the proposal include elements that may not be specified in the uniform building code. Many of the resdential buildings today have these type of elements for any number of reasons. This could be wider spans to create desired open spaces. Difficult soils etc. Your both right so stop the hatin. your both better people than to be using that moron word. Only morons use that word.

  • nice contribution you made

  • Thanks for posting :)

  • what software is being used??

  • MILLION THANKS FOR SHARING MAN!!!U R THE BEST,ever!!MAY GOD BLESS U MAN!amenTQ!!!

  • Interesting video!

  • Interessante! Bravi.

  • please I am a civil engineering student we need more videos on this to see how is the application of this science in the real world.

  • @hamaskfupm actually you should spend a few years on the job BEFORE you go to school.. I'm tired of dealing with "engineers" that know nothing..

  • @MrMeanderthal could you please shut your mouth up>>> thank you for your excellent cooperative reply>>> actually there is no meaning of engineering without moral and ethics

  • @hamaskfupm just work construction for a few years and get back to me..

  • @MrMeanderthal You seem very angry. Is it because if he goes to school, he'd make at least 3 times as much as you while 'knowing nothing' and you do all the work? :D

  • @Zem0nkey .. lets turn it around.. as a home buyer, do you want to pay an engineer twice (design and redesign) and pay me three times.. (build, dismantle, rebuild) for something I could have done right the first time without the engineer? while you're yukking it up on how much engineers cost, remember.. you're paying for it not me... lol!

btw, I make very good money.. it's not likely an engineer will make triple my wage.. and I like what I'm doing.. thanks :o)

  • @MrMeanderthal Not that many people call engineers for basic house construction. To say you can do everything an engineer can kinda makes you the idiot, not him.

"engineer twice (design and redesign)" << I don't see that many engineers that are just out designing houses, el oh el.

  • @Zem0nkey "not too many people call engineers for basic house construction"

oh really??.. try getting a building permit without and engineer's stamp on the plans and get back to me..

  • @MrMeanderthal Lol? Is that supposed to be a joke? Because, you definitely don't need to have an engineer to even look over designs before you can get a permit. I somehow seem to think you are just an moron that wanted to start a fight with hamaskfupm. Because, you certainly don't know what you are talking about. Good bye.

  • @Zem0nkey if anyone is a moron it's you.. most cities and municipalities require structural engineering for all buildings and have done so for over 15 years.. are there exceptions? yes, if you live in Muddy Creek pop:25 you might get away without engineering but for people who live in real cities and towns it's a requirement.. call your local city hall and they'll tell you..

  • Very informative, thanks for sharing

  • Interesting. How about loads and statical of this pillar?

  • please post the full documentary
