This song is so amazingly emotional and even if I don't understand Japanese, I feel like I understand the song. I feel the emotion communicated to me through the song and its really nice. It can easily make one cry and for it sounds truly beautiful. I would love to see the lyrics for this song anyways, but the fact that it can have such an impact without the lyrics is amazing for a song. I think it deserves a lot.

Hi there! it's in the anime version. It's the ep. 4 or 5 where Yuki tells Shuichi to leave after they spent the first night together and Shu thought they were a couple. Hiro went to Yuki to please take of Shuichi and not make him cry or Hiro will never forgive him. It's the background music. Hope this helps.

This is comment is so late by now, however this song appears when Shuichi's best friend and guitar player tells Yuki not to hurt him or he'll "visit" him again. And yes, it does show Shuichi in the park depressed all within the same block of time the song is playing.
