I actually did read "Life of Pi" for serious. I liked it ok, but the thing I remember the most is the main character tries to get nutrients out of the tiger's poop, but apparently Tigers get every little bit of nutrients out of their food before it becomes poop...
Probably should play the full intro once more, let it be established, then shorten it for later videos. Meanwhile, a good entry. A little bit more involved and subtle than the last one. The laughter bit took me off guard.
The book was about the strength of the human spirit. Pi loses his family and is stuck on a boat with a tiger and two other animals. Chances are the style in which half the book is the past in present tense and the other half is the future reflecting on the past confused you. That happens to a lot of people with this book.
