Out in Washington the skeleton of a white man was found that appeared to predate the "Native-American" cultures. If I remember the details, local tribes immediately filed a court case for possesion of the bones to prevent scientific studies establishing racial idenity.
All politics aside, I love this music...and the movie is a great watch. Can't we just enjoy these classics and remember that the world was different when the movies were made and far different when the actual history was made.
A film with its actors in its time in wonderfull - hooliwood-made-scenes. I have been grown up with things like those kind things like precious music and comeradness. Just let keep us dignity. K from Germany
it's pretty well established scientifcally that the "native Americans" came here from Asia across a land bridge that no longer exists. Does anyone really think there were no people here before they got here? And what happened to those people? Maybe.....they got their land stolen and were wiped out by genocide?

@jettrink60 Surprisingly he says he is from Zambia so he has come to the US to profit from the actions of "the coward US Army" instead of following his conscience & staying there.
@jettrink60 : as I've said from the start, only the coward US Army invaded native American lands and stole everything they could of value. No wonder the Indians sided in huge numbers with the Confederates who treated them with respect. Down with the USA!
@jettrink60 : read history genius: your 'great' Indian fighters took them on when they were outnumbered and outgunned. And what for? to steal land from the native Americans.
@eric5906 That's how you win a war. Attacking somebody who outnumbers you and outguns you is just a way to get killed/get glory. Custer got both.
And anyway the Indians fought hard and they didn't fight exactly fair. Without superior firepower and superior numbers we never could have stolen their land.
@rohan6612 : no matter how you justify stealing land ('oh, it was our manifest destiny' bullshit), it's *still* stealing land. What they did to the native Americans is unforgivable.
@eric5906 dont be a fool we needed all of american soil like it is now what the hell do you want that the indians still live as the use to do its not unforgivable man what you think about this is just crap

@MrGunnar177 : I just have to laugh at you. The all powerful US is going down in economic flames and I'm so glad.

@eric5906 Now now, hate is never productive. Hating the US for no reason will not help your life get better.
