Technically, Scientology has found that antibiotics are helpful. The children once diagnosed as ADD - usually meaning they are disruptive in class, are generally required to take Ritalin, Adderall, etc. Often the children only pretend to take the medication and then behave in class and sometimes when they find there is a street market will capitalize on it. There has been ongoing legislation to enforce people to take psychotropics because they often stop taking them and then go killing.
