  • It was something called 'lovage'. There is a small wikipedia page on it if you're interested. I'm from the south and haven't tried it before either. She made me want to grow some to try it though :)

    I am from England.

    The herbs should grow fine in the US.

    You might need to give it some compost and shade. If you live in a dry state.

    also you get more flavour when you add the meat.
