They have special jails for gays, maybe we should have special schools too if its such a problem as it is.

I see you are personally offended by my opinion, which I find sad. I refuse to debate with someone who is so emotionally enveloped in the issue.
Take a trip to Google.com and search a little bit on both topics. Under a search for "gay housing, jail" you'll find good info on one. "teen pregnancy vs sex education" you'll see more on the other.
Do what you want with the public school system, it's screwed anyway. Ranked dead last in adequacy among developing nations.
