Hows the TV? was there any weird problems up till now? I just ordered a 42 inch insignia and I started reading more reviews, I thought they were all stupid, about 5 of them said it broke in 3 days, I mean thats just stupid how can that happen when the ones for display last months,years and they are on just about 24/7

hey i really want this tv but i also want it to work with my xbox and playing call of duty...is there any lag in the tv while gaming and if there is..is there a game mode on the tv to reduce lag? please reply thank you.

just a question, when i connect my wii or ps3, it shows in black and white, i have the regular yellow red white cables, but they dont seem to work right.. any ideas?

@MONSTERenergyX I honestly wouldn't know. Try using HDMI because it works perfectly with my PS3.

@SummerWizz1 hdmi cable will work for my ps3, but it wont work using their regular rca cables unless they are the blue green red ones. unfortunately i dont know where to get those for either of the 2 game systems. and i just got a wii, but they dont have hdmi ports, so im kinda screwed for that.

Hey, thanks for doing this review. I am planning on getting the 55" version of this model so im doing my research. I wish you could have gone into the tv settings such as setting and adjusting the 120 hz feature and going into backlight consistency (such as on a completely white screen to show how the edge lightin is distributed) ad other tech specs like that. Your speech abilities aren't that great yet but that comes in time.  Try making an outline with transitions and stay on topic lol. :-)

@hayabusa1777 when i was setting up this tv i had the same problems and forgot how i fixed it, but check the audio settings in your xbox settings panel and try everything, i think i remember changing the audio to like doldy digital or something but try every settings in your xbox.

can you comment on this please? you have had this tv for about 2 months. have you noticed any problems which can include ghosting, lag, discoloration, anything different? i will most likely get this or another tv in the next 10 days

@reddemondrag i havent noticed lagging or ghosting or any problems, and this tv is on for around 8 hours a day, and i play a lot of video games.

why use component on xbox? unless u use the old xbox, the 360 should display better with hdmi. have u used the audio optical out on it yet?
