  • Maher in 2008: "This is gonna be a problem"

    Damn right, Prophet.

  • 0:48 Oh god the eyes!

  • Maher is GREAT!!!

Bachman is retarded....no offense to retarded people!

  • bill maher is fucking stupid. nobody cares what u have to think. just because ur penis doesnt work, and ur life is just sad off-screen, doesnt mean god aint real. michele bachmann is fucking stupid too, she is anti-gay for the stupidest reasons. not even gonna start on sarah palin. and no, 80% of america is not catholic. hell, only 18% of ohio is religious, a state where u cant walk down the fucking street without seeing 4 churches and 0 bars. go fuck urself, all of ya.

  • @TheTonyAndMattShow=Asshole

  • @TheTonyAndMattShow He said 80% christian, not catholic. Listen before you start gibbering like a moron.

  • look at the bitch - she is higher than a kite - fuckin welfare kkkunt

  • Bill Maher = Points out stupidity in America ....... Sarah Palin: Defends stupidity in America

  • @datKidwilliaM She doesn't just defend it... she spreads it.

  • Maybe MIchele would love a penetrating expose from Joe the Plumber.

  • No question Obama has anti American views. No question at all. We have Americans that are finally waking up to him. Analyzing him and what he has done in the past. America needs to wake up. Maher? Who cares he is a moron. Who cares what he says or thinks. No No wait. You should. And if you agree with him??? Leave this country. You are not worthy of being in this country. Leave and let us fix all of this mess you left.

  • @SuperGuitarman69 If you agree with unfettered capitalism move to fucking China. Please explain WHY Bill Maher, and Obama, are BAD. What is your evidence? Just empty and negative words?? What really is your basis for your thinking? Other than what you've been raised to believe. Have you been raised to hate? Have you been raised to despise those different from you? How do you come to these conclusions if not by Fox News and other Right wing media that prides itself on hate? Hate? Hate? Hate?

  • @gorgorybmus Hate Hate Hate??? Really? Because I believe in freedom and liberty and believe in limited government I hate?? And you wonder why rational people roll their eyes at you.. And Maher and Obama are bad for America because they advocate government controlling lives in the pursuit of something that fails which is equality. They know what they advocate creates poverty, but they would rather see the government in control of everyones lives instead of leaving them be. THAT'S WHY.

  • @gorgorybmus And unfettered capitalism means that the GOVERNMENT does not create winners and losers. Government ruins capitalism, not helps.

  • @SuperGuitarman69 actually its the other way around. check out the facts. I know you dont like too though.

  • @235RB Wrong... When capitalism is interfered with by government it eliminates competition.. It does this by setting unfair tax, regulatory and trade laws that favor particular corporations and special interests.. Perhaps a little more research and a little less drive by bullshit and you will come across better..

  • @SuperGuitarman69 hmmm, thats odd, considering that the American economy works better under democratic policies. Look at the depression and this last recession, know how they came about!?? with reublican policies, because a economy that has little regulation does not work! its been shown time and time again. But I undersand you have little regaurd for historical fact, republicans dont like facts, they prefer ignorance.

  • @235RB I actually am not surprised by this coming from an agendist leftist.. I did my dissertation on the great depression... So your analogy? I think you had better move on to someone else who isn't quite up on History or economics. Reublican and regaurd is actually spelled Republican and regard.. Let's start with a spelling class before we talk about things you know nothing about shall we?

  • @SuperGuitarman69 right, attack someone by pointing out spelling mistakes. Thats always a sign you pissed them off. idiot. wanna have a spelling bee? is my spelling that important to you? get a life.

  • @235RB Nah, I already sent you a long PM to help with the whole Depression distortion you portrayed. And I completely agree.. Sometimes I misspell when I am typing too fast... So in that I'll give you that one.. Spelling mistakes are silly to point out.

  • @SuperGuitarman69

Capitalism in the context of massive corporations does not fundamentally work. When you have a non-regulated and for profit banking system that fails, a huge majority of the country's citizens are negatively affected in a significant way. While I do not advocate heavy regulation, common sense regulation, which I would define as protecting the well being of common men from the greed of the wealthy, needs to be established. Some parts of our lives are too important to "lose".

  • @atheistchaos Where is the rich greed? And how do corporations hurt the poor? And the only part of the banking system that doesn't work is the fiat currency in the Keynesian system... So show me your proof that what you say is true? How do the rich hurt the poor? And how does corporations do the same? These are class welfare talking points that have no merit and you know it..

  • @SuperGuitarman69

The rich greed is where corporations make record profit yet still lay off workers, refuse to hire new workers, and continue to increase prices despite, yet again, increasing profits. Corporations have to keep investors satisfied and to investors it's not good enough to just make profit, you have to make more profit than last quarter. The common man is not poor, the common man is just that, the 70-80% of the population who are not poor, but not rich.

  • @atheistchaos Yes? And name the company that is said making profits?? Preferably one that doesn't have teachers, bartenders, lawyers, night guards, musicians, mom and pops holding shares in that company? You think who owns the companies are all only rich? And laying off who? Detroit went down BECAUSE of labor.. There are tons of laws protecting them.. They lose a job they get another one.. Who protects the initial investor of the business when he loses everything? THINK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @SuperGuitarman69

Microsoft, Intel, Western Union, Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Walgreens. There's a few I know of.

Yes you seem to be missing the point, regulation is in place to make sure corporations don't do longterm harm to their company for short term profit that also damages the economy. The private banking system collapse is a perfect example. Lend to people who can't afford to pay it back for short term profits, which leads to loan defaults in mass, which leads to the bank collapsing.

  • @atheistchaos No, you do not understand economics nor facts.. No banks were giving loans to people who ccouldn't pay back their loans... The government passed a law "the fair housing act" where they FORCED banks to give sub prime loans to irresponsible people (welfare) or face penalties.. Frank and Dodd promised fannie freddie and countrywide an FDIC out if they went into default... Tax payer money! So it was GOVERNMENT THAT CAUSED IT! NOT THE MARKET. Get your fucking facts STRAIGHT

  • @SuperGuitarman69

The fair housing act strictly deals with prohibiting mortgage companies from denying anyone based on their race, sex, age, gender, religion, etc. It has nothing to do with forcing them to loan money to people who have a bad history of not paying off debt. Get your facts straight. The government does not cause the collapse of an economic market it has virtually no power to regulate.

  • @atheistchaos Perhaps you do not understand the bill... It forced banks to lower lending standards based on income.. Not credit.. Some with low incomes do not necessarily have bad credit, just not enough to afford a 150 to 250 house, hence why THEY WERE NOT GETTING LOANS BEFORE. No loan brokerage was discriminating.. that wasn't and has NEVER been the case or practice of any lending institution.. Frank and Dodd wanted to get low income families into homes.. for votes.. And look what happened

  • @SuperGuitarman69

So basically what you're saying is that the government forced a private organization to give money to people they didn't want to. I'd like you to point out where in the fair housing act this little part comes in, because I'm looking at the official department of justice website, reading the fair housing act, and the words "income" doesn't even appear in the document. The federal government doesn't have the authority to force banks to do that, especially after deregulation.

  • @atheistchaos It doesn't have to.. Look, I know you are a leftist, but try to use common sense and logic here.. Why do many blacks get turned down for 30 year mortgages? Because their income does not qualify.. So can the United States government get by with forcing banks to make dangerous loans? No, and not get reelected.. So how do they do it? Discrimination laws.. Which put banks on the defensive.. If a person is on the fence on income and they are black? NO WAY they don't make that loan.

  • @atheistchaos There is NOOOO discrimination in banking.. It is a bullshit argument.. If you use logic you understand this.. This is nothing more than political factions trying to maintain their electorate.. Those that move away from the Democratic party do so after they get off the government dole.. This is a fact.. So to keep that voting block they create a law that appears to "help" them out by getting them into homes before they are qualified with a scheme.. And that was all that bill was..

  • @SuperGuitarman69

You can tell me what you think the bill was, but I've actually taken a look at it, and specifically requested you show me the exact part where banks are forced to lend to poor people who can't afford it because I couldn't find it. You haven't done this, meaning you either can't because it's not there, or you just have poor debate skills.

By the way, "housing choice vouchers" are how the government gets low income families into homes, otherwise known as section 8 housing.

  • @atheistchaos I have just explained this.. Do you understand free market economics? Most do not.. Hell I have a degree and it still eludes me at times.. There is ALWAYS economic consequences to government manipulation through policy.. Discrimination laws are forcing banks to operate out of fiscally sound decisions. Every time I debate with someone this happens.. They are so green they cannot see logic and common sense.. Do me a favor, don't vote in 2012 look up John Williams, Peter Schiff

  • @SuperGuitarman69

I just explained how toilets can still function without using water. You may be thinking, "Wow, how off topic is that?" That's what I thought when I read your post. You're jumping around topics to avoid giving answers, and I'm not going to bother to continually research each claim you make just so you can dodge my response. You show me to the spot in the fair housing act that claims banks have to lend to poor people and we'll continue.

  • @atheistchaos Look, let me make this simple.. YOU are a loan officer.. A black woman comes in to get a loan on a house.. You have the bank coming down on top of your head with a new law written by congress to overview every bank decision in regards to discrimination.. Now, she isn't totally high risk, but high risk enough to where you normally would deny the loan.. Do you A) deny the loan B) give it to her anyway to avoid penalties or C) send her to Freddie, Fannie or Countrywide?

  • @atheistchaos Along with discrimination laws, Frank and Dodd took a gamble by encouraging the Federal Reserve to lower interest rates to help poor people qualify for the loans so they looked more attractive on applications.. All in the design to get low income families in houses they should NOT own.. Peter Schiff was protesting this in 2005 when I thought that he may be wrong.. Turns out he was completely correct and I was wrong.. I have since learned to NEVER question Peter Schiff..

  • @SuperGuitarman69

Point out where low income families get special treatment with loans in the fair housing act. Point out where the government issues policies that forces the hand of corporations to act contrary to the interest of the company that allowed it to fail. If you can't do that then your argument against regulation is invalid. That's all there is to it.

  • @atheistchaos This happened during the Clinton administration.. Let me ask you something.. We have had a history in this country of few defaults on home loans, yet in the past 5 we have up that by almost double of all in the history of this country.. The vast majority of them were black families that lost their homes in the first 2 years.. This was NOT because of banks opening their hearts.. It was FORCED.. No doubt you are an idiot leftist who will be on the losing end of Obamas reelection bid

  • @SuperGuitarman69

Yes so explain how it happened to all the white people. Under the pretenses you've given it shouldn't happen to any white man because they don't get special legal acceptance for loans, yet it did. The fact that a good majority of them were black could be related to the fact that a good majority of black people are poor, and thus lending to poor people of their own accord led to lots of black people having their loans default. Oh and keep the ad hominems coming, I love it.

  • @atheistchaos Why do you think black people are poor? Capitalism? Racial discrimination? Use logic and you will answer that one easily.. It is because the Democrats need them poor.. Is it any coincidence that we have more people on food stamps than any other time in the history of our country during Obama's presidency? Why does welfare go up during Democratic rule? Is it because they care? Caring would be to give them a way out wouldn't it? In other words jobs? Why is it they don't have them?

  • @SuperGuitarman69 wow, holy shit you are dumb. yeah im sure the that the people who are poor are willing to stay that way just so the democrats can help them, youre an idiot. theyre poor bc in a capitalist country poor people are going to exist, just like in sports their are going to losers if there is going to be winners. The countries with the happiest populations have the largest, most extensive welfare programs, like sweden, finland, etc.

  • @mikeylikesit2675 Let me explain something plainly to you.. Norway and Sweden are countries that have the highest inflation in the world.. in economic world collapse (which IS inevitable) they will fall the hardest, and their people who are completely childlike helpless will be effected the most.. They have ZERO responsibility.. Why can they do this? they have the population of one small to medium sized city in the United States.. Scandinavian socialism would bankrupt the United States PART1

  • @SuperGuitarman69 let me explain something plainly to you, a fractional reserve central banking system like the world uses today is destined for failure, money is created out of debt with no concern for interest, some people will make enough to pay the interest and then some, other people wont, debts wont get paid and the system prints more money out of thin air to try and compensate and everything unravels like we see today. Capitalism is the propagation of the idea of haves and have-nots.

  • @mikeylikesit2675 PART2 less than 2 years.. I actually know economics have a degree in it and worked on advisory boards for 2 different governors. In capitalism, see here is where you fail.. There are only winners and winners in capitalism when it comes to business and consumer. There are winners and losers only in the realm of entrepreneurship. One business can out compete another.. Right now we are all losing due to CRONY capitalism and socialism.. We are in a mess BECAUSE we do not PART2

  • @SuperGuitarman69 Capitalism looks great on paper but fails in real life, b/c just like all economics, its a practice (not science) created, managed, studied, and practiced by people, people who have flaws, are racist, bigoted, selfish and dumber than they realize, and make mistakes and/or design systems to screw over people and line their pockets. Our "economic" system in use today did nothing but hijack the sovereignty of our own government, and make the rich richer, and the poor poorer.

  • @mikeylikesit2675 us.. I read your other posts. You do not understand economics.. Socialism cannot stand without the ability to print money and create inflation.. You CANNOT say out of one side of your mouth capitalism and free markets look great only on paper, and end the fed.. You clearly do not understand economics.. Free markets ONLY exist in Hong Kong.. And they are doing INCREDIBLE.. Socialism is all over the world and is failing all over the world. Norway and Sweden will fall..

  • @mikeylikesit2675 us.. I read your other posts. You do not understand economics.. Socialism cannot stand without the ability to print money and create inflation.. • @SuperGuitarman69 i understand enough about econ to know its flawed, the idea of making obscene amounts of money is shallow, disgusting, and part of the reason the world is as fucked up as it is. if we took the money used for the iraq war and instead used it to feed clothe and shelter the third world, we could have made a much larger impact on the world (for the better, not worse) we wouldnt be hated the world over, and we would have a good reason to be in the plight we are.

  • @SuperGuitarman69 But then again your degree is in econ, so youve been programmed not to think about the welfare of others, and instead simply about your own. so to you seeing some people using an unregulated econ system to make crazy money is great, where as id rather see society actually progress, where poverty is destroyed, wars are ended, blah blah blah. so to me money is the problem, and greed is killing us. but i wouldnt expect an economist to understand this.

  • @mikeylikesit2675 Absolutely bogus.. In economics you look at all factors.. In studying all systems there is absolutely crystal clear evidence that the only way that you can benefit the masses is to have largely free trade as in a capitalist system.. Greed? And is the socialist government any less greedy? Try taking a look at those that run the socialist governments.. Rich doesn't hardly cover it.. And only 9% of the money collected to help the poor goes to the poor. 85% in charity. LEARN FACTS

  • @SuperGuitarman69 How can u claim the best solution for the masses is capitalism when the largest mostly capitalist country has the greatest social stratification of any core economy, and the greatest disparity between rich and poor, a gap that only continues to grow. And i need to learn facts? your myopia is astounding. or that the fact that an unregulated mortage system led to the collapse of our economy, and u want a more laissez faire system?

  • @SuperGuitarman69 you need to look up an article (it pops up as the first link if you google it) called "Crime the worlds biggest free enterprise, thick as thieves" in Le Monde Diplomatique, and learn a little about why your free markets are so fucking successful.

  • @mikeylikesit2675 I love when someone throws Le Monde into the face of an actual economist.. The fact is, that this is NOT only adhering to capitalism, it is directly the complete description of socialism. See, let me explain something to you.. Educate you so you understand.. Capitalism and free markets do not exist anymore.. Government controls all of this.. In capitalist systems such as the United States, a bit more than socialist systems, but not as much as say Hong Kong.. So, when Part1

  • @mikeylikesit2675 Part 2 you say it is a failure of capitalism and free markets, you are incorrect.. Because in actuality, it is GOVERNMENT that is getting paid by certain factions that promote legislation such as regulation to create monopolies and/or cartels that limit economic freedom. In that regards Le Monde is correct.. But it is GOVERNMENT that causes this.. In a socialist system? Cartels and monopolies reign supreme as the government controls all.. So see, just do not vote please.

  • @SuperGuitarman69 youre not seeing that in this capitalist system the government still controls all, the only difference is that under a socialist government at least there are systems in place to protect the people who need it, and there are systems to assist people in furthering society. In our capitalist system there is neither, the government is still bought out, while the middle class is legislated into destruction. libertarians are too idealist to see clearly, free markets = rampant crime.

  • @mikeylikesit2675 I honestly cannot believe what I am hearing.. Even from an uneducated person.. I sent you a long PM explaining this.. WE DO NOT LIVE IN A CAPITALIST SYSTEM.. We live in a pseudo socialist one.. where is capitalism in this system????? Nowhere.. where is the taxation from the so called rich going? To pay the INTEREST ON THE DEBT TO THE FEDERAL RESERVE. NOT ONE DIME GOES TO ANY PROGRAM AT ALLLLLLLLLLL... Learn some facts.. Read my PM.. You are running out of time

  • @SuperGuitarman69 its the interwebz. i dont care if you dont respond, and yes this is a mixed economy, which is a variety of Capitalism. the major difference is the near untouchable nature of the super powerful corporations, both in the marketplace and politics. If anything this is a corporatocracy. but the privately owned nature of the marketplace makes this -by definition- a capitalist country, something im amazed you missed but claim to have a degree in.

  • @mikeylikesit2675 I want you to carefully reread what you just posted... The problem is GOVERNMENT! My GOD! In a free market a corporation could NEVER become a cartel or monopoly... The corporatist system was designed to prevent that... So if corporations get a leg up unethically it is because the GOVERNMENT caused it... Somehow I think you are messing with me now.. NO ONE could be that dumb. NOBODY

  • @SuperGuitarman69 No. It's GREED and RELIGION that causes all our problems.

  • @skrason Greed and religion? Do the world a favor and sit at the childrens table while we adults talk

  • @mikeylikesit2675 of socialism.. We allowed the Federal Reserve to exist. That is the #1 problem.. #2 our entitlement programs are killing this country.. Despite what you have been told by Democrats 4 - 8 does NOT = 12.. Now, in regards to Obama and the rest of the socialists? I and others have been proven 100% correct by the recent stimulus failures.. Either 1 he is the stupidest asshole on the planet. Or 2 he is trying to collapse the economy to usher in world currency. HINT he isn't #1

  • @SuperGuitarman69 Obama didnt break the "economy" Bush did. well it was broken to begin with, cuz of the fed. And i wasnt saying that socialism is the perfect solution, simply that people who live in Scandinavian countries have a much much higher quality of life than 90% of people in the U.S. because of the way the government uses its resources to help people out who actually need it, and finance the well being of its citizens. instead of give money to already rich people, and finance wars.

  • @mikeylikesit2675 Norway and Sweden have the population of one of our medium size cities.. They have complete cradle to grave nanny statism.. And at that? No one is rich, no one can escape their current income levels.. In capitalism ANYONE can be whatever they want to be.. The sky is the limit.. In Scandinavia, they suffer from the highest inflation in the world.. In an economic world collapse? They are Greece in less than a week. They have their own Fed owned by the same banks that own Part1

  • @SuperGuitarman69 the American idea of rich is simply insane greed, i think its disgusting to strive for such gawdy wealth. its not something that should be valued when the other half of the world is starving. the people who live in Scandinavian countries have the highest quality of living, I understand im saying this to a economist, but money isnt everything, in fact its far from it. they have the lowest crime rates, highest levels of education, great heatlthcare. lowest poverty, etc etc etc.

  • @atheistchaos And wells fargo even BOA were not giving these people loans.. The ones protected were Fannie Freddie and Countrywide.. They were given the out of FDIC insurance.. So smaller banks deferred the loans to those banks to avoid penalties.. It was a scam by government and the American people picked up the bill.. Look at the campaign contributions to Dodd and Frank from Countrywide Fannie and Freddie.. Says it all.. It was GOVERNMENT that caused this.. And Obama is gone in 2012

  • @SuperGuitarman69

First of all, if you're going to act patriotic, you need to acknowledge that telling citizens of this country that they need to leave the country because they have differing ideas is fundamentally "anti-american" and thus you're being hypocritical. Secondly, you are no more worthy of being in this country than any other person who was born here. Finally, when a majority of "America" elected someone as president, then by definition he shares the majority of "American" views.

  • Let, see! we have a fag who is pest! with any woman specially a conservative! so goes in his crappy show and start insulting with his typical vulgarity low class liberal! what is the real reason behind his angry fag it temper? did your mother rape you? or she did not love you? what is your point if you have one? you poor pitifull buster! like I say before! PLEASE!! YOU'RE A POT HEAD!! OVERDOSE YOUR SELF ONE'S AND FOR ALL! GET IT OVER!! YOU'RE A WASTE OF TIME..

  • Hey bill hows it working for YOU. you havn't did a damn thing for America and its getting worse.

  • @jbjrsdbttdl

Yeah, because if you can't personally and individually save the country from a large group of morons, you're not worth having.

  • "We should do a penetrating expose"---Am I the only one who instantly thought about having sex with Michele Bachman after she said that??

  • "They are in charge of the senate." Damn she actually said that WTH!

  • @RightWingHunter666 She must've been talking with Dick Cheney! (LOL) I cant believe Sarah got it wrong on the 2nd time around on this question!(If you remember the 1st time around, she said "Could someone please tell me ---what is it exactly that the VP does??")

  • We should do so pentrating into her hole with a baseball bat.

  • lol... Joe the plumber is on crack...

  • Why haven't Bachmann been investigated for corruption and anti American affiliations yet?

  • "Welcome back to Harbah" ----- XD

  • Palin/Bachmann 2012....my dream team,,,that will be the end of the GOP

  • @enriquebenitez51

TWO lying, bitching wellfare queens on the same ticket?

  • @bohemianwriter1 How dare you call a congressman who receives 250K a year from the government for her farm a welfare queen!!! LOL. I guess in American politics its do as I say not as I do. America, how do you elect these morons? I need an answer!

  • @RImusclebear

You put that question right into my mouth! HA!

  • i love bill mahr and his political humour...notice there are no famous funny conservative comedians...but i digress...i have to say i was very disappointed in Mahr's "Riligilious" movie. poorly done. took for granted his audience. but i forgive him. he's soo good.

  • Oh, please. Bill Maher is NEVER front and center.

  • You can see the crazy in Bachmann's eyes!

  • bachmann

everytime she opens her mouth is such a trainwreck

  • The patriot act destroys the constitution and in practice removes the barrier between the people and govenment tyranny against its own, very specifically the christian church! Without the constitution, it is a certainty that civil war in america will happen. the real terrosists are those who devised and implemented that criminal legislation. I am proud to be an oathkeeper and green beret.

  • These things that the republicans are screaming about has quadrupled by now. It's like they are trying to pass of the administration being communist as common sense.

  • Joe the Plumber is a bloody joke....

    And Bachmann looks insane....

And Bill Maher makes fun of freeloaders who watch his show on youtube...

And shouldn't Cris Matthews be more of a hardball reporter?

  • He kind of looks like Roger Waters

  • don't get me wrong I love bill but he's one smug lookin bastard in this clip lol

  • Comment removed

  • lmfao i forgot about joe the plumber!

  • Bachman & Palin ?

    DUMB & DUMBER !!!

  • lol!

just enough rope to hang yourself xD lol!!

  • Very well put by the very funny and honest Maher. This one's a keeper!

  • for such a incoherently dumb woman she has an above average choice of words.

  • Religion SHOULD be mocked. It's ridiculous!

  • Religion deserves nothing less mate

  • @Mmmmmmmbacon religion has no place in politics
