  • I just viewrd your posting, you are wrong. Theres nothing wrong with that construction. It doesn't act as a continuing top rail, it levels Flush and closed at both ends, sorry but on this you are in error. My friend. If it continued across the whole balcony, that case may be different, and as far as the ball passing threw, what? Where did u get that lol.. the openings on the railings from the picture appear less than 4" that's fine, however it depends on the country, or location of the home!

  • @shauncrice Could you provide me with the building code you're referring to? Trust me this won't be the first time someone told me I don't know what I'm talking about, but it might be the first, if you actually provided me with some type of rational evidence to support your claim.
