The NCO is kinda a douche and while you deffinatly have to practice like you play on a range with screaming and keeping communication along your gun line the belittling statements on a range doesnt need to happen... That being said their talking guns fuckin sucked and they deffinatly need improvement
this NCO is a fuckin retard.the gunner just got MOM on the first burst and second.however on the second he wasted rounds high.also,the most effective shot burst is 6-9 rds.with adjustment.especially with no T and E.if that is a Marine in his squad i feel bad for him.there are better ways to lead and train.

Some Marines take that boot camp DI attitude out into the fleet; that's ridiculous. But the Marine here is being trained; I'm not saying that the sergeant has to coddle him, but if he's yelling at him like that from the outset, I'd hate to see what happens when he really screws up.
Instead of being well-trained, he'll end up a nervous wreck. The sergeant should have lit into him like that only after he screwed up and didn't follow directions. This sort of attitude well not produce a better Marine. You get better results from an NCO who treats you like a human being; that doesn't mean he has to hold your hand and kiss you, there's a time for being tough, but that doesn't mean you have to be a motard nco either who has no tact, even towards junior Marines.
