  • Call not unclean what the lord has called clean Jesus ate fish and gave it to others,of course your much wiser and holier than him.live by your own conscience

  • someone needs to make a few response videos...involving 2 year olds, hamsters, & bananas. I think his psychological analysis is right on.

  • liked what you were saying about dogma being opinion.. then you say "fish stinks" ..just something to think about.. peace.

  • Humans unfortunatelly are not herbivores. Because all herbivores (cows, sheep, giraffe, donkey etc) have secondary stomach for fermentation. They eat greens and greens have to stay for a day or to in first stomach to be digested by special herbivore bacterias, after the fermentation it turns to a smelly shit and then goes to the second stomach for further demolition. We do not have such herbivore systems... We can't even digest seluloze which are successfully digested by all herbivors.

  • @ctuyoutu Exactly, but im afraid common sense is not very common around this vegan community, sorry, CULT!

  • @ctuyoutu Go and look at what a Silverback Gorilla eats. He doesn't have 3 stomachs. And just because something is a tradition doesn't make it right, unless you wake up in your cave and beat your chest.

  • @ctuyoutu Right... we're frugivores friend.

  • @ctuyoutu we are frugivores, friend.

  • And who says we can't eat raw meat?

    Whole Europe eats raw meat!

In France for example you cant find a well cooked beef, they must contain red raw core to be eaten as tradition.

In Belgium it's a tradition to eat minced raw meat and uncooked oysters.

Hundreds of examples are available if you search...

  • No primat omnivore runs into forest and catch pray with bare hands.

Even chimps use tools for hunting. Chimps have hands similar to us. And they are capable of making tools! Even in a small chimp populations, scientists observed 20 hunting raids per week and counted 26 hunting tools used in those raids. Chimps eat greens as well as bugs, worms and ocasionally hunts for small prays like bird, mouse and small monkeys!

  • Genetics and biology, evolution tell us that omnivores are the highest evolution step among all animals. They were not even exist 300 million years ago (compare to 3.5 billion years of life on earth). Herbivores and carnivores are most ancient animals. Omnivores are evolved to adapt the environment. Because food chain war beween carnivores and hebivores and Maltus cycles.Omnivores live on whatever they find to eat. Eventually won the evolution race and invided the whole world as today...

  • The guy present the video does not even know the difference between omnivore and carnivore!

  • @terrillcase1 my girlfriends 7 year chronic illness was cured with just fruit, she has not eaten any animal products for 4 years, so please explain where your opinion came from?

  • Awesome! Thank you!!! <3

  • @terrillcase1 u cant cure anything with fruits if you actually believe and listen to wat the goverment, society, and doctors say. But if you have actually put people on a fruit diet or ate a fruit diet bfor and cured diseases with it then yes it does work.

  • Animals like cows, pigs, sheep and chickens would not exist. They are only here because we bred them from wild ancestors in order to eat them...

Vegans run a high risk of heart disease, stroke, kidney failure, blindness and limb loss.

  • @sploggon where do you get your information, it is all wrong

  • ROCK THE FUCK ON!!!!

  • This guy if crap. Vegans and vegetarians kill animals to support their lifestyle, they just lie about it.

  • @shirehorse91 A plant-based diet reduces deaths significantly. “According to the United Nations, raising animals for food (including land used for grazing and land used to grow feed crops) now uses a staggering 30 percent of the Earth's land mass. More than 260 million acres of U.S. forest have been cleared to create cropland to grow grain to feed farmed animals,

  • dude are you in NY or Aus right now? im a little confused.

  • Absolutely great! Really made me laugh lol :) So intelligent and informative:

‎"If veganism was just opinion, you could put a 1 year old baby in a cot with a banana and a hamster and it would eat the hamster"

THAT was epic by the way lol :)

  • @luvintherawlife I stand corrected. He did say, "If vegan was opinion," prior.

  • Whoa Harley, you wouldnt like it if a vegan vs meat eater war started... People smashing your banana trees or your bamboo bike. Gotta teach love (for animals and planet earth) with love, not hate.

  • I was like that all today.. we were running out of fruit in the house.. so I was all loopy/light headed at school. It makes sense.

  • And good vid btw as always! Always a pleasure to watch ^^

  • Harley - what is your opinion on short bursts of exercise or staggered exercise (like short sprints) vs endurance exercise like marathon running? :)

Thanks man, don't worry if you don't get a chance to answer that!

  • Harley, thank you for tearing up that crab trap and doing what you do for animals. You might get a lot of shite from idiot people, but there are people out there that do appreciate what you do for animals and would do the same as you did.

  • Two Youtube channels rock, Durian and Saxon!

  • @durianriders - I think you may want to post a video note over your mouth at 08:40 - 08:48 because you misspoke... You said, "You can put a two year old toddler in a cot with a banana and a hamster. It would eat the hamster."

  • The Weston Price foundation seems to be at the root of it all. DV studied with them and the next thing he's justified it's ok to eat meat. Sounds like the same thing happened to Mike Adams. I heard Sally Fallon on the "great health debate". They are so convinced they are right and that there is no other way to live your life.

  • I know what you mean.

  • .:) very good video I say

  • What kind of watch was the one you used at the start of your video to track your ride?

  • @jordannnn88 Garmin 310XT. Best investment for running ever. Can be used on the bike as well.

  • Harley you are great, keep it up bro.

  • Harley, you need your own TV Show!! You rock!!

  • Perhaps you should win the Tour de France, that would prove everybody wrong. Im just sayin....

  • @fortitude1981 You know what, lets say I won 10 TDF's people would still say 'but if you won 15 TDF' then maybe, just maybe I could swap my hot dog for a tofu dog. MAYBE! but bananas for dinner? no way!' ;)

  • Maybe they think dogma = religion?

  • Excellent

    ps you're hot

  • There are a lot of "Sweet Fruits" in San Francisco

  • Kewl stuff :D

  • we love ur passion harley mate!

  • Harley, you have a nice set of teeth, and a beautiful smile. Perhaps a product of your dietary habits.......fruit and veggies seem to help keep teeth healthy : D

  • Dude you are too amazing. Thank you so much.

  • Don't apologize for venting! Always happy to listen to passionate convictions.

  • Watching those animals die yesterday in your video's was disturbing. THAT is the reason I became a vegetarian over 10 years ago. There are allot of people that can watch that suffering and listen to the pig scream and not be disturbed by it one iota. I wonder how many people would continue to eat meat if before every meal of meat they had to listen/watch the death of what they're eating? Vegetarianism would increase 10 fold but of course allot of people still wouldn't mind.

  • YES, keep it up Harley. Good stuff thanks :)

  • I read this thing one time on some BS primal they're-happy-because-they-eat-lard website that said something in beef prevented heart disease, or at least that's what it said in the title. Pulled a freaking Daniel Vitalis and did a lot of talking but didn't say anything. There wasn't any proof at all whatsoever. Obviously, since you can't find proof if you're talking out of your ass.

  • Dang boy, you are so right! You are about the only one who speaks the truth! Thank you for the honest! Love the truth, and keep the videos coming. I am so thankful for finding you on you tube. Thank you! :) You inspire me, and many others, and are helping us to keep raw!! You and Dan the man, are my heros!!

  • @langebrenda check out cintronbrandon too. He's great.

  • glad you reposted this one DR - one of my favourites

  • I'm sitting next to my dog and a pound of celery...which one shall I bite??

  • I love these video's! Keep going!!

I watched this while eating a delicious watermelon. And guess what.... it didn't scream at me when I cut it in half.

  • Fruit is seasonal, how could people have been purely fruitarians in the past? Also, finding pounds of ripe fruit everyday in the wild? Its not natural to eat that much fruit, and we aren't designed to deal with that much sugar since it was impossible to eat that much fruit in the past.

  • @Dysic Dude if you lived under ONE date tree, you could thrive for many many years!! A date tree produces between 100-300 POUNDS of sweet fruit per SEASON!!!

  • Comment removed

  • @Dysic Thats what a 500lb blob said to me in NYC last week. He showed me his steak and gallon of organic milk in his cart on the subway after reading my 30bananasaday shirt. Is that you Ricky?

  • @durianriders

Nope, I go to the gym 3x a week and eat a healthy diet. But I see you dodged the question since it goes against your "dogma" and you cannot explain it. Ignorance is bliss isn't it?

  • @Dysic Fruit is year round in the tropics. Our ancestors live on fruit, almost exclusively, for ~ 60 million years.

    Wikipedia...

  • @1imesub Right on, that is why everyone needs a diet that works for them.

  • @theanduo SPECIES SPECIFIC DIET ;)

  • @theanduo As long as it's free of animal products, I agree with you 100%.

  • @durianriders Last time I checked we can get fruit year round, it being the 21st century and all with us having things like ships and trucks to transport produce. And they're always bringing up "the past" as if that's an excuse for anything... People were cannibals in the past and some still are, and people have always been at war and killing/raping/abusing each other. Morons!

  • @durianriders if we aren't meant to eat animals then why are they here?

We did evolve eating animals.I am now the leanest i've ever been and my skin is also so much better than it's ever been.

fruit and plants use their fruit to servive.thgey drop the fruit so animals eat it and spread the seed.

So are we meant to live off it alone?

I'm not hating just a bit confused about it all.

  • @markwaldonjohnson the first humans were frugivores, and we lived in the tropics however we migrated up north n we found fire and the ice age came and n now fruit is available so they hunt cuz they need to eat, even though it wasnt healthy.. yyou can cure and prevent any disease wen u just eat fruit

  • @markwaldonjohnson why are they here?! why are dolphins here? why are whales here? to eat? or does their unique beauty alone not warrant their existence? why do rats exist, to eat? or our pet dogs, why do they exist, is it because in some places of the world, humans eat them and call them food or are our pets their own beautiful and individual beings who we cherish and love for who and what they are? just some thoughts.

  • @Dysic No seasons in the tropics really, many fruits grow all year round, like bananas.

  • @Dysic human kind is a tropical species that why we feel best in 70 degrees + and by eating fruits and vegetable we feel healthier and energized, cooked foods including meats, milk (mucus forming) gets us on high, makes us heavy on the stomach and creating serious health problems in the long run in life. Our society got lost itself in the intellectualism and forgot how everything is so simple.

  • @Dysic

you need to educate yourself man, have you ever heard of a tropical rainforest, jungle? That's where most fruit comes from. Seems like you don't know your stuff.

  • @CBasie2856 He doesnt. He is an idiot

  • @Dysic How is a modern meat eater's diet any more natural?

  • @Dysic I have thought that also, 30 bananas a day seems unsustainable. Well hey, most people over consume about everything anyways

  • @Dysic Not "purely fruitarians" is the thing...you can eat leafy greens, nuts & seed- ; you can eat even cereals...from man made crops, but that is not ideal on health on the long term, but still balanced health if you keep them low- you can cosume it a bit and be healthy in a good portion long term- even met....for survival sometimes- but at little as posible and with a lot of greens(for fiber)...and in raw state(how cimps do sometimes...otherwise they find, move all the time and eat fruits)

  • @Dysic Gorillas are still fruitarian today. How do they eat it if its seasonal? We did the same thing.

  • @MickScarborough

Incorrect, they also eat insects as well as roots, barks, flowers, etc

  • @Dysic They are still classed as frugivores you idiot. No animal is 100% fruit eater. They also eat greens but they can eat the fruit which is the main part of their diet all fucking year long.

  • @MickScarborough u 4got to mention that gorillas also eat insects!

  • @Dysic Its not about how animals evolved on high meat diets... Its about the science. And veganism favours less death in cells and humans.

  • @Dysic Fruit is seasonal where there are seasons. But....

    * In our native tropics, its always fruit season

    * Each indiVIDual fruit has it's season.......... there are thousands of different fruits.

    * One tree gives 200 apples within a month. There's an endless abundance of fruit in the tropics, and most ends up going back in the soil

  • "Go watch David Wolfe.." but every time I see David Wolfe he's fatter and sicker, whereas DR just keeps getting fitter. Thanks but I think I'll stick to this channel ;) Seems like each new day is your "Best day ever." LOL

  • Weston A. Price Foundation, the Monsanto of Milk. Seriously it's just another lobbying group with too much power.

  • When you pull a vegetable out of the ground you kill it. It doesn't have to have a face to die.

  • @quint150 Vegetables don't have brains or nerves, and don't perceive reality the way a cow or chicken dose.

  • great video

  • Dogma is the opposite from science. So when vegans pretend to know something without scientific basis, and when the scientific basis is presented and they argue against it based on faith, that is dogma.

example is when vegans say they don't need b12. that is dogma.

  • @DanielManahan But when I say that every study has showed NO DIFFERENCE between B-12 levels in vegans and non vegans, that BOTH groups are equally deficient in B12 THAT would be SCIENCE. If you choose to continue to blather on about B-12 then THAT would be DOGMA.

  • @NoCommentChick Well said.

  • @NoCommentChick I do b-12 injections and vega supplements (In college so I dont have as much time to prep food) doctors are always surprised my levels are what is considered above normal.... When I was none vegan my b-12 was low.... Go figure...

  • @DanielManahan Most people are deficient in B12.....and oddly, most people DO eat meat.

  • @ravendream33 Crazy how that works out, eh? ;)

  • You need to have your own TV vegan show! You are very entertaining!(And informative.)

  • it seems eating other animals *is* the way humans evolved (by means of cooking), but just because we evolved to do something, doesn't make it right.

    A good video nonetheless.

  • Durian, I just got an email from David Wolfe and he is giving out a pound of "mineralized" banana "powder" with any order over $50. Haha wow, even if they contain more minerals I am sure you will get more just eating a decent amount of organic bananas then adding in that powder.

  • Yeah I know what you're saying. I have alot of people telling me "OMG you gonna eat all that fruit?" "That's alot of sugar!" and then I see them bringing home 50 bucks worth of chocolate and cookies! lol Contradiction!

  • Haha you're funny and informative! Love your approach!

  • A diet of raw fruits/veges and pure water stimulates the pineal gland which is full of crystal water and leads to our enlightenment into loving consciousness. Processed sugar, white flour, processed meat calcifies the water in the pineal and we lose our inner connection to intuition/bliss. Research it!

  • @ballywonderful Where is the information?

  • smashing crab pots = good bicep routine LOL

  • i have to say that although i try and get all my fruit from local sources , the one thing i am looking forward to when the local sainsburies opens , is a bit of papaya , and seeing the full range of fruits i hope they have

  • your looking a bit too much like d wolfe :D

  • Is juicing good?

  • The Two Johns podcast is a nice thing to listen to on a ride. Good cycling chat and funny.

  • What I meant was....keep preaching the truth!!!

  • Keep preachim
